Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 1, 2026

Welcome to Wandlify. By accessing or using our website at wandlify.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Use License & Creator Ownership

Wandlify provides mathematical digital image processing, frequency adjustments, bilateral edge-preserving smoothing, and camera optical noise simulation tools.

Absolute Creator Ownership: You retain 100% of all ownership, copyright, title, and intellectual property rights to the original images you upload and all processed outputs you generate and download through Wandlify. We claim no ownership, license, or rights to your creative works.

2. Legal Compliance & Nature of Technology

Wandlify is committed to operating in full compliance with applicable digital media, copyright, and consumer protection laws. Our technology is designed as a legitimate photo-enhancement and post-production utility:

  • Digital Signal Processing: Wandlify operates strictly as a signal-processing software tool utilizing standard mathematical algorithms — including 2D Discrete Fourier Transforms (DFT/FFT), Gaussian filtering, bilateral edge smoothing, and physical ISO sensor noise modeling.
  • Analogy to Traditional Digital Photography Suites: The mathematical operations performed by Wandlify are identical in nature and legality to standard post-production techniques used by professional photographers and digital artists (such as frequency separation, grain injection, chromatic aberration simulation, and sharpening in applications like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and RAW developers).
  • Mitigation of Algorithmic False Positives: Automated third-party scanning systems frequently produce false positives on digital artwork. Wandlify harmonizes digital noise floors and frequency distributions, allowing creators to publish their legitimate work with consistent photographic fidelity across diverse digital platforms.
  • Strict Prohibition of Unlawful or Deceptive Use: You agree not to use Wandlify for any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraudulent representation, impersonation, defamatory content, violating third-party intellectual property rights, or creating non-consensual media. Wandlify reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these ethical guidelines.

3. Account Registration, Subscriptions and Free Trials

You must create an account to access the processing workbench and download high-resolution outputs. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Billing and Quotas: Subscription quotas (Pro: 200 credits/month, Super: 500 credits/month) and free tier quotas (5 credits/month) are monitored on a monthly cycle. Unused monthly quotas do not roll over to subsequent billing cycles.

7-Day Free Trial (USD Subscriptions): Paid subscriptions billed in USD include an initial 7-day free trial. During the trial period, users receive full immediate access to the plan's allocated image credits and feature set. You may cancel your subscription at any point during the 7-day trial period through the Dodo Payments Customer Portal without incurring any charge. If the subscription is not cancelled before the 7-day trial period expires, recurring billing will commence automatically at the published plan rate.

4. Dynamic Regional Billing

Our services support dynamic regional pricing based on user country location. Users accessing the service from India are billed in INR (Indian Rupees), while users from all other countries are billed in USD (US Dollars) with a 7-day free trial. Dynamic location detection is performed automatically on checkout.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wandlify, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the digital image processing services.

6. Modifications to Service

Wandlify reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice to improve system performance and maintain policy compliance.
