Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Wandlify. We stand behind our image processing algorithms and want you to be fully satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy describes your refund rights and conditions.

1. 14-Day Refund Window

If you subscribed to our Pro or Super plans, you are eligible to request a full refund within **14 days** of your initial transaction, provided that you have processed **fewer than 15 images** in total during that billing cycle.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The request is made after 14 days from the billing transaction.
  • You have consumed more than 15 image processing credits in the billing cycle.
  • Your account is flagged or suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email our support team at **support@wandlify.com** using the email address associated with your Wandlify account. Include your purchase reference ID from the email invoice sent by Dodo Payments.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are processed immediately. It may take between **5 to 10 business days** for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement, credit card, or UPI wallet, depending on your financial institution.
